Terms of Business
At the moment our detailed Terms of Business are only published in German, we will translate them as soon as possible into
English too.
Here are some general notes about our principles.
Individual service and high quality are the keys to our success.
We are pleased about any feedback, order, suggestion, praise, criticism...!

As mentioned on the Super-Scale page, we have detailed information about any airplane in use. This concerns registration, name
and engines in special.
Since we supply large and/or business customers and airlines predominantly, the payment with credit cards is not possible,
because the retail is not our main business.
All prices do already include the German VAT of 19%, this amount has to be paid less for customers outside the EU, instead you
will probably have to pay your country's VAT.
International freight rates are about 16.50 € within the European Union.
Rates for further countries can be given upon request.
Freight charges to US and Canada are approximately 40.00 €
(about 55.00 US-Dollar for Airbus A 319, A 320, A 321 and Boeing 737)
up to 65.00 € (about 81 US-Dollar for oversized boxes for Boeing 747-300, 747-400, Airbus A 340-600 and A 380-800).
Delivery will be made via DHL Worldwide Express.
By ordering, you accept aviation-trading-hamburgs's rules of payment and delivery.
Delivery times for an individually-manufactured model from the super-scales series are between eight and twelve weeks.
Atlantic-Models are partially in stock, but may also need to be ordered by us. Unfortunately, this may take up to four months.
Terms of Payment:
At your first order:
Whole sum with your order by transmission.
You will get explicit information about all details.
Charges for transmission: By client.
Online transfer (0.50 €uro) only for EU-citizens possible.
Please notice, that the whole sum must be transferred and all charges for transmission are paid by yours.
We hope for your understanding because the profit margin is low at this range.
Payment by credit card is not possible because the retail market is not our main business.
Further order:
After receiving of your written order we send you our confirmation by eMail.
After this, we order your replica at the manufacturer.
Some days before completion (about 8-10 weeks) , we send you our invoice with all details for transmission.- After receiving
we send the model to US / Canada by DHL immediately.
